What do the hand wrap quantities mean?

The hand stretch wrap options contain 1, 4, 16 or 48 rolls. Quantity 1 of the 16-roll option means one presentation containing 16 rolls. The 16-roll price includes 5% savings and the 48-roll price includes 10% savings compared with equivalent 4-roll packs of the same specification.

How do I choose between hand and machine stretch film?
