Data Deletion Instructions

Customers may request deletion of personal data associated with their Packsys USA account or Facebook sign-in by emailing info@packsys.us from the email address associated with the account. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request and include the full name and email address connected to the account.

We may ask for information needed to verify the requester’s identity. After verification, PXYS, LLC will delete or anonymize personal data that is no longer required and will confirm completion by email. Certain transaction records may be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or regulatory obligations.
