Packsys.us is operated by PXYS, LLC, doing business as Packsys USA in Houston, Texas. Customers may purchase products for personal or business use. These terms explain the use of our website and the conditions of sale.

Orders, prices, and quantities

Prices are in U.S. dollars. The selected product specification and presentation determine what is included. For example, quantity 1 of a 16-roll presentation means one pack containing 16 rolls. Review the product, presentation, quantity, delivery address, taxes, shipping charges, and total before completing payment.

An inquiry or request for a quote does not place an order. Written quotes identify the products, quantities, price, shipping arrangements, availability, and any validity period. For machinery and pallet orders, obtain a freight quote and delivery confirmation before payment. Any changes to a quoted order must be agreed before payment.

Online order confirmations acknowledge receipt of your order. If an availability issue or material pricing error prevents fulfillment, we will contact you to agree on a solution or cancel and refund affected items. We will not substitute products or increase an agreed order price without your acceptance. Price changes apply to future purchases.

Business purchases, tax, and credit

Businesses may order through our store or request a volume quote. Contact info@packsys.us or +1 346 374 0090 for larger quantities or credit terms.

Credit is evaluated case by case and requires written approval from Packsys. Payment periods, limits, and any other credit conditions must be stated in the individual approval. A quote request, purchase order, company account, or prior purchase does not by itself grant credit.

Applicable taxes are shown at checkout or in the quote. To request a resale or other tax exemption, contact us before payment and supply valid supporting documentation. A company name or tax ID alone does not establish eligibility for exemption.

Shipping, pickup, and cancellation

Our Shipping Policy explains processing times, coverage, freight, coordinated pickup, and local delivery by prior quote.

Contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation. We will check whether the order has entered preparation or shipment and confirm what can be changed. If the order has shipped, the Return Policy applies where eligible. Rights relating to delayed shipment, defective products, or other applicable law remain in place. Any special-order cancellation conditions must be disclosed and agreed before payment.

Returns and product support

See our Return Policy for the 30-day return-request period, eligibility, shipping costs, and refunds. Packsys is your contact for product problems and warranty assistance. Any written product warranty supplied with an offer or order governs its stated coverage. These terms do not create an additional warranty period or exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website use and accounts

Use the website lawfully and respect the rights of other users. If you create an account, keep your sign-in details confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, belongs to PXYS, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We work to keep product information accurate. Contact us if a specification is unclear or appears incorrect before purchasing. Website availability and information may change, but this does not remove our obligations for accepted orders or applicable product rights.

Shopify and privacy

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes information about visits and purchases, including to provide services using interactions with this store, other merchants, and Shopify. Information is shared with Shopify and other service providers, which may be in other countries. Some advertising uses may qualify as data sharing or targeted advertising under applicable state privacy laws. Applicable law and agreed terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, subject to protections that apply by law. Any order-specific terms agreed in writing apply to that order. Updates to these terms apply prospectively and do not retroactively replace the terms of an existing order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
