Return Policy

Last updated: September 6, 2026

This policy applies to purchases from Packsys USA (PXYS, LLC). For orders placed before this update, the return terms in effect when you purchased remain applicable.

30-day return requests

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Contact us before sending anything back and include your order number, the products and quantities, and the reason for the return.

Product condition

  • Packaging consumables: for a change-of-mind return, products must be unused and in their original, sealed packaging.
  • Machinery: for a change-of-mind return, equipment must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with its parts and accessories.

These condition requirements do not prevent you from reporting an item that arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. Please contact us with details and photos, if available, so we can arrange a solution.

How to return an order

  1. Email info@packsys.us or call +1 346 374 0090 within the return-request window.
  2. We will review the request and provide return authorization, the return address, and shipping or pickup instructions. For machinery or pallet shipments, coordinate the freight arrangements with us first.
  3. Package the authorized items securely and follow the agreed return instructions. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking details.

Shipping costs and fees

Change of mind: the customer pays return shipping. Packsys error or a defective product: Packsys pays the necessary return shipping and provides the shipping or collection instructions. Contact us before purchasing a return label.

Restocking fee: 0%. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

After we receive, inspect, and approve the returned items, Packsys will issue the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. The refund covers the amount paid for the approved returned items and applicable refundable taxes. Original delivery charges are not refunded for a change-of-mind return. When the return is due to a Packsys error or a defective product, we also refund the original delivery charges attributable to the affected items. We will explain the refund calculation in the return authorization.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Defects and other rights

The 30-day window describes change-of-mind return requests. It does not remove any applicable warranty or rights provided by law. Contact Packsys directly for help with a product problem.

A Practical Guide to Return Requests

The Return Policy above explains the conditions and process for purchases from Packsys USA. The following questions help you prepare a request, organize the product and order details, and understand the difference between a change-of-mind return and a problem with the delivered goods. Use the published policy and the written authorization for your own order when arranging a return. This reading guide does not replace those conditions or add a new return entitlement.

Start with the order and delivery record

Find your order number and delivery date before contacting the team. Identify the products and quantities you want to discuss. If the order contained several different packaging materials, name each affected item separately. A request for one case of tape should distinguish that case from other materials in the same shipment. For machinery, include the model and any available equipment identification so the team can connect the request to the correct purchase.

Explain the reason for the request in a short, factual description. A change in your packaging plans, a product arriving damaged, a missing item, and a product that appears defective are different situations. Stating which one applies helps Packsys review the appropriate steps. You do not need to force an issue into a category you cannot verify. Describe what happened and identify any information that remains uncertain.

Understand the 30-day request window

The policy allows a return request within 30 days after delivery. This is a window for contacting Packsys about a return, not an instruction to send products to the warehouse without authorization. Make the request before arranging transportation. Include the delivery date and the order number so the team can review the timing and provide the return address and instructions for the authorized items.

The policy was updated on September 6, 2026. Orders placed before that update retain the return terms that applied when purchased. Keep the original order documents if you are discussing an earlier purchase. The policy also distinguishes the change-of-mind window from applicable warranties and rights relating to product problems. A question about a defect should be raised directly with Packsys rather than assumed to be resolved solely by the change-of-mind timeline.

Check consumable condition before requesting a change-of-mind return

Packaging consumables must be unused and in their original, sealed packaging for a change-of-mind return. Review the condition of the actual items you want to return, rather than the condition of another case or roll. Identify whether the original packaging remains sealed. Describe any uncertainty honestly in the request. The team needs that information when reviewing eligibility and giving instructions.

These requirements are particularly relevant when ordering several cases or presentations. Keep track of which cases were opened and which remain sealed. If your purchasing plans change, identify the unused sealed items by product and quantity. Do not describe an opened case as sealed because some of its contents were never used. The policy's condition requirements concern the products and their original packaging, so a precise account is more useful than a general statement that material is “like new.”

Check machinery condition separately

For a change-of-mind return, machinery must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with its parts and accessories. These conditions differ from the sealed-packaging requirement for consumables. When requesting an equipment return, describe whether it has been installed or operated and identify the packaging and accessories available. If a component is missing or the machine arrived incomplete, describe that as a delivery or product issue rather than a simple change of mind.

The machinery condition requirements do not prevent reporting a machine that arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. The policy expressly distinguishes those problems from a change-of-mind return. Include photographs if available and contact Packsys for a solution. For eligible mechanical manufacturing defects, the machinery limited warranty explains its separate coverage and review process.

Report delivery and product problems clearly

If something arrived damaged, identify the affected product and explain the damage you can observe. If something is missing, compare the delivered contents with the order and name the missing items. If the wrong product arrived, provide the ordered specification and the identification on the delivered product. Photographs can support these descriptions, but the order number and explanation remain important for understanding what each photograph represents.

For delivery issues, also review the Shipping Policy. It asks customers to keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed and to contact Packsys promptly. Describe a lost shipment, missing item, and visible damage accurately rather than assuming they require the same procedure. Packsys coordinates the next steps with the customer and carrier as appropriate to the issue.

Get authorization before sending anything back

Email info@packsys.us or call +1 346 374 0090 with the order details, products, quantities, and reason. The team reviews the request and provides return authorization, the return address, and shipping or pickup instructions. Follow those instructions for the particular request. An address printed elsewhere on the website is not a substitute for the return address confirmed in the authorization.

Keep the written authorization with your order records. Check that it identifies the items and quantities you intend to return. If the request changes after approval, ask the team to confirm the revised arrangements before dispatch. For example, an authorization for one product should not be assumed to include every other item from the original shipment. Clear correspondence helps both sides follow the same product list.

Confirm who pays transportation costs

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping. For a Packsys error or a defective product, Packsys pays the necessary return shipping and provides shipping or collection instructions. Contact the team before purchasing a return label. The reason for the return therefore affects the shipping arrangements, and an independently purchased service should not be treated as automatically approved for reimbursement.

The published restocking fee is 0%. That is separate from transportation charges. A return with no restocking fee may still involve customer-paid shipping when it is a change-of-mind request. Review the written authorization to understand the applicable arrangements for your products. If a shipping charge or collection instruction is unclear, ask for clarification before committing to a carrier service.

Coordinate machinery and pallet freight

Machinery and pallet returns require freight coordination first. Tell Packsys what will be returned and where it is located. Use the transportation instructions agreed for the return rather than selecting a freight service independently. Equipment size, packaging, collection access, and the required handling arrangements can matter to the plan. The team will provide the instructions for the authorized return.

Package authorized items securely and follow the agreed instructions. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking details after dispatch. If the instructions specify a collection rather than a parcel label, follow that process. A pallet shipment and a small consumable parcel should not be treated as interchangeable. This guide does not establish a universal packing method or a carrier booking service for every product.

Understand when the refund process begins

Packsys issues the refund to the original payment method within five business days after receiving, inspecting, and approving the returned items. The policy identifies business days as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. This sequence distinguishes the date you request authorization, the return carrier's delivery, the approval after inspection, and the refund issue. Those are separate steps in the process.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit after Packsys issues it. Keep the refund correspondence and check the original payment method. If asking about progress, refer to the order and authorized return rather than sending an unrelated new inquiry. The published timing concerns issue of an approved refund; it is not a promise that every bank will display the credit at the same time.

Read the refund calculation for the affected items

The refund covers the amount paid for approved returned items and applicable refundable taxes. Original delivery charges are not refunded for a change-of-mind return. When a return is due to a Packsys error or defective product, the policy also refunds original delivery charges attributable to the affected items. The return authorization explains the calculation, which is particularly useful when only part of an order is being returned.

Compare the authorized product quantities with the original presentation and price. A case, pack, or individual roll may represent different units on a product page. Keep the original invoice or confirmation available so the product and quantity can be identified precisely. If part of the calculation is unclear, ask about that line before assuming that the entire order or every delivery charge is included.

Use the right policy for the next purchase

Before placing a new order, review the selected product specification, presentation, and quantity. Confirm unclear details with Packsys, particularly for machinery, pallet orders, or materials intended for existing equipment. The Terms of Service explain quotes, quantities, availability, and order changes. Careful review before payment helps keep the order aligned with the material or equipment actually needed.

For a current return or product problem, contact Packsys directly using the details above. Keep your purchase records, authorization, carrier information, and refund explanation together. The current policy preserves applicable warranties and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, while earlier orders retain their original return terms. Read those provisions in their full context and ask the team about the facts of your order.
